Yeah. This is definitely a new chalenge for me! I would like to combine the advantages of both family houses and apartment buldings and design so-called cluster housing.
Although I have a hudge land to work with, i wouldn't like to just built it up, i would like to create an attractive housing cluster, which will please not only the eyes of residents, but also the ones of random walkers.
